To operate the air conditioner use the provided remote. For your comfort and efficiency it is recommended that the air conditioner be set according to the following:

Located near the entry door of your room you will find an ‘Emergency Evacuation Map’. In case of a fire or any other emergency please dial ‘000’ for Fire, Police and Ambulance. Then, please make your way safely to the clock tower at the front of Pokolbin Village, to await instructions from management.

LOSS AND DAMAGE
Please take note of the Innkeepers Liability Act which is on display in each room. Any damage to your room as a result of your stay will be assessed by management and funds retained from the pre-authorization on your nominated card.
LOST PROPERTY
Any lost property will be held for two weeks. We recommend checking your room thoroughly prior to departing.

The Pokolbin Bottle Shop offers a wide range of wine, beer and spirits, you can visit them daily for any purchases. We stock a small range of wines in our rooms for convenient purchase - Please ensure payment details are supplied on the form found in your room OR Finalise payment at Reception / the Bottle Shop onsite before departure.

SECURITY
When leaving your room please ensure that you lock all doors and windows. If you have any security concerns, please contact Reception or our after-hours caretaker on 0491 617 476.
SMOKING
We ask all our guests to please refrain from smoking inside the rooms. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors sensitive to cigarette smoke. Management has provided each room with outdoor seating and ashtrays on your verandah for your convenience.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is not heated. Please refrain from taking glass into the pool area and abide by pool rules signage. We ask that you consider other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Towels for the pool are available at Reception upon request.

TENNIS COURT

The Tennis Court is available for use exclusively by our guests, free of charge, during daylight hours (the court is not lit at night). Rackets and balls can be found in the storage box.
